The Future Kings STEM Academy Cybersecurity Summer Camp will introduce students to some of the coolest careers in cybersecurity including, threat hunter, exploit developer and malware analyst. The camp is designed to pique student interest in cyber-related courses, extracurricular activities, and internships. Six career-focused activities will be offered, providing students the opportunity to experience cybersecurity from multiple perspectives. Each career will feature fun activities, hands-on projects, and exciting labs to engage students, including labs offered by Cyber Ranges.

In a clinical laboratory, students will take part in hands-on learning that will set them apart as future scientists. In addition to learning the basic skills that scientists use every day, these young researchers will gain proficiency in pipetting, PCR, gel electrophoresis and more! Mastering the basic principles of research, these students will learn how to think like scientists and to grow their love of science and biology.
This camp is designed to give students an understanding of Drone Engineering using Computer Aided Design (CAD) and 3D printing. Additionally, students are given an introduction to compliance with rules and regulations of the FAA so they stay within federal law. This camp is designed to give students an understanding of Drone Engineering using Computer Aided Design (CAD) and 3D printing. Additionally, students are given an introduction to compliance with rules and regulations of the FAA so they stay within federal law. The camp is largely hands-on as a strategy to get students intrigued through the experiential learning developed through those hands-on experiences. The hands-on lessons are used to introduce students to the associated theory. Theory is provided through training on CAD software and tools that allow them to develop and/or alter their own engineering designs on site. By the end of the camp, students should be able to formulate plans to create/alter drones using software and 3D printers provided during summer camp. The camp has the additional benefit of providing introductory experience with electrical, aviation, and mechanical engineering.
